Welcome to the SubjuGator homepage! We will be competing for our 12th consecutive year
in again in the 2009 AUVSI
and ONR's 12th International Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Competition.

SubjuGator is an autonomous underwater vehicle designed and built by
students of the Machine Intelligence Lab (MIL)
at the University of Florida.
Since the Association for Unmanned Vehicles Systems International
(AUVSI) underwater competitions started
in 1998, SubjuGator has been there, placing in the top 3 seven times,
including first place in 2005, 2006, and in 2007.
SubjuGator 6b (shown above right) is an updated version of
our sixth autonomous submarine. Our newest submarine will be a contestant in
the 2009 AUVSI
and ONR's 12th International Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Competition.
