Biomedically Inspired MAV Research

By plating dissassociated neural cultures taken from the brain of a rat on top of MEAs (Multi Electrode Arrays), we can stimulate, record, and model, neural synapsis to generate input/output mappings similar to that of an artificial neural network.

Current System

60 Channel Neural Stimulator
- Custom built 60 channel analog switch allows us to send precise stimulation pulses to various areas of the electrode array.
