Followup and Action Items from January 16, 2004

1) Every team member MUST send an email to Uriel (uriel@mil.ufl.edu) to get their personal Web Page setup/registered for the AVCAAF project.

2a) <<Uriel>> will send the login info for every person who emails him. Let's call these the "nice" students. Uriel will keep a list of who was naughty and who was nice.

2b) <<Uriel>> will verify that AVCAAF_UF_Student email list, AVCAAF_UF_PI email list, AVCAAF_STUDENT and AVCAAF_PI emal lists are created, updated and accurate.

3) Every team member MUST send a summary to Uriel of times during the week that they are UNABLE to meet for AVCAAF related meetings. There may be several running meetings for small groups, special meetings, and the General Group Meeting.... Make sure that the times are accurate. If they change during the semester, be sure to pass them on to Uriel.

4) <<Rick Lind / Michael Nechyba>> will work with Johnny Evers / Dave Irvin to coordinate a trip to Eglin AFB to discuss tech transitions. Participants???The earliest time for the trip will be the week January 19. <<Rick>> will take the lead.

5) <<Mike Furman / Tom DeMarse>> will schedule a meeting with M. Nechyba, Rick Lind to discuss new directions in the biomedical research effort.

6) <<Mike Furman / Tom DeMarse>> will schedule a meeting with Johnny Evers to discuss alternative directions in biotechnology research.

7) <<Tom DeMarse>> will be scheduled for one of the early General Group meeting seminars.

8) Interdisciplinary working groups will be organized by the UF PI's : << Ifju, Nechyba, Lind and Kurdila.>>

9) During the tech transfer meeting with Eglin AFB, all effort will be made to learn about their use/instrumentation of the altimeter.

10) Prior to the Eglin AFB meeting, we must arrange to have our student pilots fly their "Batcam" for purposes of comparing handling qualities. We need permission of J.Evers and D. Irvin of Eglin AFB.

11) The Flight Test Mileston Schedule will be created by the UF PI's : <<Ifju, Nechyba, Lind and Kurdila.>>

12) <<Rick Lind>> will coordinate the trip to WPAFB. Participants???

13) <<Kurdila>> will schedule the long term paper/conference publications for ACC, GNC, CDC, SDM, MAC
